Terms and Conditions of the 888rio: Your Rights and Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the user and 888rio, a Sports Betting and online casino platform operated for the Brazilian market. Simply accessing the website or app of the 888rio, as well as registering an account, constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of this document in its most current version.

The 888rio reserves the right to update these terms at any time, always with prior notice to users via email or in-platform notification. Changes take effect 7 calendar days after the communication. If you do not agree with the updates, you must close your account before the new version's effective date.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law and any dispute shall be submitted to the court of the user's place of domicile, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and other applicable legislation.

2. Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 888rio, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform.

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Each CPF may be linked to only one active account on the 888rio. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be held for investigation, in accordance with the platform's security protocols.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. The 888rio may request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including a photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the established timeframe may result in a temporary or permanent account block.

3. Account Use

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure on 888rio. This includes your password, two-factor authentication (2FA) code, and any other login credentials. The 888rio does not have access to users' passwords and will never request this information via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at suporte@888rio.best. The 888rio will take the appropriate measures, including preventive account suspension and a review of recent transactions.

The following practices are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance retention:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tool that simulates human behavior in betting;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage (collusion);
• Systematic odds arbitrage aimed at eliminating risk;
• Creating multiple accounts with different details to circumvent limits or bonuses;
• Money laundering or any illicit financial activity through the platform.

The 888rio maintains automated systems to monitor abnormal behavior and cooperates with competent authorities in investigations of suspicious activity, as required by Brazilian law.

4. Deposits & Payments

The 888rio accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL with no currency conversion:

• Pix – confirmation in seconds, available 24 hours a day, every day;
• Bank slip – reimbursement within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card – Visa and Mastercard accepted, with immediate confirmation;
• PicPay – instant confirmation via the app;
• Mercado Pago – instant confirmation via your Mercado Pago account.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though limits imposed by the user's financial institution may apply. All deposited funds must be used exclusively for betting on the platform – the 888rio is not a bank account and does not process transfers to third parties.

The user must be the holder of the payment method used. Deposits made with third-party cards or accounts will be rejected and the funds returned to their source. In the event of unwarranted chargebacks, the 888rio reserves the right to close the account and recover any resulting administrative costs.

5. Withdrawals

Real balance withdrawals are made exclusively via Pix, processed in up to 5 minutes for standard accounts and up to 3 minutes for VIP Diamond members. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum withdrawal amount, though additional review may apply to requests exceeding R$ 10,000.00 for internal security purposes.

To make a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have a verified account (KYC documents approved);
• Have met the rollover requirement for any active bonus, if applicable;
• Have the Pix key registered under the same CPF as the 888rio account;
• Have no pending security investigations on the account.

The 888rio does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing time begins once the request is confirmed by the system. During scheduled maintenance or periods of high demand, processing may be extended by up to 30 minutes, in which case support will be proactively notified.

Withdrawals of bonus funds without meeting the rollover requirements will be automatically converted into non-withdrawable bonus balance. Users can check their rollover status at any time under "My Account" within the platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The 888rio offers promotions and bonuses subject to specific terms published for each campaign. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 is granted on the first deposit for newly registered accounts that have not yet received any other promotion. The bonus equals 100% of the first deposit, capped at R$ 500.00. The rollover requirement to release withdrawals is 10x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.

VIP Cashback

VIP Program members receive weekly cashback calculated on net losses from the previous week. The rates are: Silver 5%, Gold 10%, Diamond 15%. Cashback is credited every Monday by 12:00 PM and carries no rollover – it can be withdrawn immediately via Pix.

General bonus rules

• Each promotion specifies the eligible games. Bets placed on ineligible games do not count toward the rollover;
• Bonus use is limited to one active bonus at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• The 888rio reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions with 48 hours' notice, except in cases of detected fraud or abuse;
• Bonuses obtained through abuse, creation of multiple accounts, or suspicious activity will be cancelled without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules

The 888rio offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, state championships, and international competitions), e-sports (CBLOL, VCT Americas, IEM Rio, Free Fire Series, and more), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, as well as casino games such as roulette, poker, crash games, and slots.

All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Active bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the cash-out feature is available and enabled for that specific market. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake depending on how the event is unfolding.

Results & Disputes

Sports betting results are based on official outcomes published by the event's organizing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, 888rio will await the official ruling before settling bets. Cancelled events, those postponed by more than 48 hours, or events ended before regulation time without a definitive result will have bets refunded to the user's balance.

For casino games, outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) audited by an independent body. Your round history is available in your account for review.

8. Responsible Gambling

The 888rio believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional pressure. That's why we offer self-control tools available to all users at no cost and with no justification required:

• Deposit limit – set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit;
• Bet limit – set a maximum amount per bet or session;
• Time limit – set alerts when your session time exceeds the limit you defined;
• Temporary break – lock account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion – permanently close access to the platform.

The 888rio also maintains filters to prevent underage gambling and proactively engages with users who display concerning behavioral patterns, in accordance with our responsible gaming team's protocols.

9. Privacy & LGPD

The 888rio processes users' personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). The legal bases for processing include contract performance, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent where applicable.

Data collected is used exclusively for platform operations, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the user experience. The 888rio does not sell personal data to third parties.

Users are guaranteed the following rights under the LGPD:

• Access to your own stored personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information;
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Portability of data to another service provider;
• Information about data sharing with third parties;
• Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on that legal basis.

10. Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by submitting a request to suporte@888rio.best. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be processed via Pix to the registered key, provided that account verification and any active bonus rollover requirements have been met.

The 888rio reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or the use of prohibited software;
• Court order or determination by a competent authority;
• Inactivity exceeding 24 months with no recorded transactions.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 888rio may hold balances pending verification and decline withdrawals until the internal investigation is complete. The user will be notified of the reason for the closure and may submit a dispute within 30 calendar days.

Accounts closed due to inactivity have their balance preserved for 12 months. After that period, any unclaimed balance is transferred to the platform's responsible gaming fund.
